Shadrach
Shadrach heard Isaac before he saw him, the steady, quiet gait he recognized already as his human.
He’d been gone for hours, and only the knowledge that their whole plan would go up in smoke kept him from storming inside In Extremis and finding out what was taking so long.
If anyone had so much as touched him, he’d go inside and tear them limb from limb.
He hadn’t been making idle threats when he said as much to Isaac earlier.
He was delighted when Isaac walked right up to him, flinging his arms around his neck and sighing as if in relief.
Shadrach felt the same, squeezing his arms around his human and pinning their bodies together.
He smelled like other people, like sweet liquor and traces of body odor and other people’s blood.
A low growl tripped out of him, and he buried his nose in the curve of Isaac’s neck, seeking his real scent, the pomegranate and sea salt he’d come to adore.
“You stink,” he complained.
“Rude.” Isaac’s voice was muffled by Shadrach’s shoulder.
“You smell like other people. Other demons .” His fingers pressed hard into Isaac’s back.
“Take me home and I’ll shower.”
Home. He’d called it home.
He curled a possessive hand around Isaac’s head. “Actually, I have a better idea.”
He tugged him through the shadows, and Isaac groaned, hiding his face in the curve of Shadrach’s neck until they landed.
The bedroom was pitch black, and Isaac made a small noise when he raised his head and realized he couldn’t see anything.
Shadrach took his hand and guided him over to the light switch and flipped it on, bathing the room in soft, golden light.
Isaac blinked in surprise, relaxing as he took in their surroundings.
Shadrach swooped in for a kiss. “Do you trust me?”
A quiet sigh left Isaac as he let himself be claimed. “I do,” he breathed when they parted. “More than I thought possible.”
“Good. Come with me.” He tangled their fingers together and led Isaac into the playroom.
Isaac didn’t speak as Shadrach led him through the darkened room, nor when he backed him up against the X. His face was flushed as Shadrach kissed him long and deep, loosening his jeans and divesting him of his shirt.
“Hands up,” he growled, and Isaac stopped breathing as he slowly lifted his hands.
“Good boy,” he murmured, nipping Isaac’s jaw before moving away to secure his wrists in place.
More than ever, he was glad he’d invested in good straps.
They were soft but sturdy, and when Isaac yanked experimentally on them, they held fast. His human could be a brat sometimes; he needed quality gear he couldn’t strong-arm his way out of.
Shadrach knelt next, peeling Isaac’s jeans and boxers down his thighs and kissing each inch of newly exposed, freckled skin with reverent care.
He tugged his sneakers off one at a time, followed by his socks, and sucked the head of his rock hard cock into his mouth as he worked the jeans past his knees.
“ Hng ,” Isaac moaned, rattling the metal rings that held his wrist straps in place.
Shadrach left the jeans bunched around his calves and went to work in earnest, bobbing his head up and down.
Isaac’s breathy moans chased away the heavy silence in the air, a melody Shadrach could listen to for eternity and never tire of.
The tight press of Isaac’s cock in his throat was hypnotic, and he hungrily watched the flex of his abdomen as he attempted to thrust deeper.
When his sounds rose in pitch, his thighs quivering with need, Shadrach pulled off him, ignoring his frustrated groan as he kissed his way down, suckling one ball and then the other while his hands worked the rest of his clothes off.
“You want me to fuck you like this?” Shadrach asked, nibbling a line up his hairy thigh and burying his nose in the coarse hair around the base of his cock.
“Yes, yes, please,” Isaac said.
Shadrach grinned. “Let’s turn you around then.”
He stood, loosening the wrist straps and guiding Isaac around.
He was red from his face all the way down his chest. Even his shoulders and upper back were rosy.
Shadrach couldn’t resist the sight of all that blood-flushed skin, kissing and licking and biting a lazy line across his shoulders before raising one of Isaac’s hands to the strap .
He didn’t expect Isaac to fight him on it.
One moment he was compliant, and the next, an elbow slammed into his ribs, and Isaac wrenched his wrist out of Shadrach’s grip with a wild laugh.
Shadrach caught him quickly, pinning him hard against the metal cross, and sank his teeth into the muscle of his shoulder.
Isaac cried out, his head falling back in abandon.
Even like this, pinned and under Shadrach’s teeth, he fought, muscles straining against Shadrach’s as he secured the first strap.
“You’re such a fucking brat ,” Shadrach snarled gleefully, grabbing his other wrist and fixing the strap around it.
“Fuck,” Isaac said around a laugh as he jerked on the straps.
Securing his ankles was easier now that his hands were in place, and then Shadrach plastered himself against his back, forcing Isaac’s head back to bare his throat for Shadrach to mark.
If anyone else had done that, Shadrach might have killed them for their insolence, but he loved that Isaac felt safe enough to test him.
He was comfortable here, confident in his place with Shadrach, and he held no fear.
They were equals here, even when Isaac was surrendering like this, and the fact that Isaac felt it too gave him an odd little thrill.
He’d never wanted to be on equal footing with a human before, but it meant the world to him that he and Isaac were.
“I think I should make it nice and slow for that, don’t you?” Shadrach growled in his ear, knowing it was exactly what Isaac wanted anyway.
“No, hurry up and get inside me,” Isaac moaned, canting his hips back.
Shadrach smacked his ass hard, and Isaac jerked with a gasp at the sudden pain. “Don’t tell me what to do. ”
Isaac’s ragged breaths were loud as Shadrach stepped away. He turned his head sharply as he felt Shadrach’s heat disappear from his back.
“Where are you going?”
He chuckled. “Afraid I’m going to leave you like that?
Don’t worry, that’s not my idea of a good time.
I just want to get a few things. But first…
” He withdrew a black silk scarf from the chest against the mirrored wall and returned to Isaac, wrapping it around his head and covering his eyes.
“Let’s keep some things a surprise, shall we? ”
Isaac was strangely quiet and still as he tied the scarf into place, careful not to snag any of Isaac’s pretty red hair.
“Shad,” he breathed, turning his head this way and that.
Shadrach leaned in, sealing their mouths together. “Don’t worry, killer,” he whispered, stroking Isaac’s cheek. “Nothing but good things, I promise.”
Isaac’s throat bobbed. “I trust you.”
That was a gift he wouldn’t squander.
For all that he’d been abused, his abusers had been careful not to leave any permanent marks behind.
There were no scars on Isaac’s back from the cord they whipped him with.
Denying him food left no visible wounds, and his fit body showed no indicators that he’d been malnourished.
But it made Shadrach want to do awful things to the people who’d harmed him.
A man like Isaac shouldn’t fear people like Hawley and Sloan.
He was better than them. Shadrach hoped he one day had the chance to show them.
He returned to the storage chest, keeping one eye on Isaac while he dug out everything he wanted. When he returned, he kissed a trail down Isaac’s spine as he sank to his knees. The metal rings on the wrist straps jangled; Isaac was trembling .
He kissed the swell of Isaac’s ass cheek as he slipped his hands between Isaac’s legs, easing a black silicone ring around his swollen cock to rest at the base. There was a second segment of the ring, which he gently eased around Isaac’s sac.
Isaac’s chest heaved. “What…”
“It won’t stop you from coming entirely, but it’ll help delay it. I told you, I want to take my time.”
Isaac circled his hips experimentally, grunting softly.
Shadrach smiled to himself, returning his attention to the shapely ass that awaited him.
He grabbed two handfuls, massaging and spreading them apart.
Unable to resist, he leaned in and licked a stripe from the edge of the silicone ring that gripped his balls all the way to his puckered hole, pressing his tongue against it and delighting in the punched-out noise that left Isaac.
But rather than finger him open like he normally would, he slicked up a black, vibrating plug.
It was about as long as his index finger, shaped with three bulbous pieces, each bigger than the last before the narrow stem and flared base.
With an evil little chuckle, he pressed it inside Isaac’s body.
He stiffened like a shock shot up his spine, pulling hard on the wrist straps, and then the plug sank inside, his hole closing around the stem like it was hungry for more.
And with a push of a button from the little black remote, the vibrator turned on.
“Shadrach,” Isaac choked out, his body stiff as a wire.
Shadrach chuckled, kissing the back of Isaac’s neck. “Hang on for a sec, killer. Let me undress.”
“Oh, God,” Isaac groaned, shuddering.
“I take it that thing is pressing right where it should.”
Isaac didn’t respond, his head tipping to one side.
Low noises left him now, deep and wanton, and his hips moved involuntarily, thrusting against nothing.
Shadrach paused with his shirt halfway off, watching the hypnotic flex of freckled muscle in Isaac’s back.
When he moved his hips just so, the tip of the black plug was visible between his cheeks, a dark little tease just for him.
