Page 27 of Violent Love: Viktor (The Caged Hearts Pet Play #5)

Viktor

Sweat clung between us, slick where her back met my chest. I dragged my tongue along her shoulder blade, salt and skin heavy on my tongue.

All mine.

A moan slipped from her lips as her asshole clenched around my cock again—tight and needy. The hiss left me before I could stop it. I ground myself against her ass, groaning low.

Insatiable little bitch.

She didn’t just take everything—I think she needed to.

I hadn’t expected this kind of hunger from Natalya. That fire inside her. Owning her had shattered every rule I thought I understood about women.

Now I saw why the Pakhan never let his krolik stray far.

I braced on my arms, lifting just enough to ease the heat between us.

She whimpered beneath me.

Then I laughed—light and unfamiliar.

“I can’t stay buried in your asshole all night,”

I muttered, nipping her shoulder.

“Why not?”

she whispered, turning her face into the pillow.

My fingers found her mouth and traced her lips—the only part of her not hidden by leather. Mask or not, I could read every broken piece of her.

Pakhan warned me not to get sentimental, but the Borki home was the crux of our beginning—of Natalya’s ruin and rebirth. The place that forged a woman unlike any other.

I scowled at my Pakhan. He had a smirk curling his lips and the eyes of a sly fox. I tapped my fingers on his desk, but as the silence grew, my scarred cheek began to twitch. I caved.

“What? Bunny is locked away upstairs, so you’ll torment me instead?”

I snapped.

“Why, Viktor, I thought you would return relaxed after your sabbatical.”

“Just spit it out,”

I grumbled, feeling the heat on my cheeks.

“How’s your pet settling into her new home?”

“Fine.”

“You know if you wanted to keep her. I wouldn't have harmed a hair on her head,”

he drawled. “Especially since Bunny has been desperate to hook you up with someone like it's her mission.”

My eyes widened, and I thought back.

“She knows,”

I stated flatly.

“Bunny knew before you got back. She is a hacker and controlled the cameras that night. If I lit the match, she provided me with the kindling,”

he said, pouring me a drink. “You needed a little push, brother.”

I massaged my temples.

“So you sent me away to a fuckpad for three months?”

“Bunny thought—”

“God, stop it. She isn't even here and she is tormenting me,”

I said, taking the vodka and slugging it back.

I needed a cigarette, but since their house was pregnancy and baby proofed, there was no more smoking inside.

“You set me up,”

I finally accused.

“Was I wrong?”

he asked with a shrug.

I was relieved and pissed off, but as I thought about it, I began to relax.

She was mine to keep.

Natalya Zharova was mine.

And no one could take her away from me.

I stood up with a smile.

“No, you weren’t. I’m going to check in on the krolik before I sort out my new home,”

I said, turning to leave.

I hesitated at the door, and he looked up from his desk.

“Thank you, Pakhan,”

I murmured.

“Bunny planted the seed, my brother. We just wanted to see you happy,”

he said solemnly.

I winced and closed my eyes for a second.

“Dr. Novikov might be considering taking a pet.”

The Pakhan’s eyes widened. He shook his head in disbelief.

“I did not see that coming,”

he muttered to himself.

They built my new home closest to theirs. The compound offered protection from enemy attacks, but more than that—it meant Ania was never far from the Pakhan’s eyes. From safety. From backup. It was the safest place for my pet.

When I opened the door, I froze.

Natalya knelt just inside, curled beside the entrance like she’d been waiting for hours. Her shoulders trembled. Her fingers gripped the edge of the rug. She was crying.

The mask hid most of her face, but I saw the glint of wet lashes through the holes. She blinked fast—then barked.

That single sound made my heart lurch.

Before I could get a word out, she launched herself at me, arms locking around my leg like a lifeline. Clutching. Shaking.

She didn’t speak. Didn’t need to.

I’d been gone too long.
