Perfect Christmas, perfect day, perfect girl.

It didn’t get any better than this.

Epilogue

Gray

I kissed her on Christmas,I kissed her on New Years, and I kissed her every single day going forward.

We might have moved fast, but it took us a full six months of dating to actually move in together. Into a two-bedroom unit in our same building, obviously.

The second bedroom was supposed to be an office for Mal when she did her freelance work, but Dandy basically took it over and it became her room that she let Mal work in.

Mal didn’t mind.

Tally was insufferable about the fact that she was the reason we got together. Then I reminded her what had happened between her and Alina, aka, my ex, and that led to us pretend fighting and Mal rolling her eyes at both of us.

“I don’t know why I put up with this,” Mal said one day when Tally and I had had one of our “fights.”

She’d been sitting on the couch and I straddled her lap. “Because you loveeee me.”

She pushed my hair back from my face with two hands. “Yeah, I do. So much.”

My heart felt like it was going to explode right out of my chest. I still hadn’t gotten used to the feeling.

“I love you, Mal.”
