After leaving Princess Merritt Fontaine in Linc Decker’s big, secure, very capable hands, Addie gives Knox and I the green light to leave Spain. I almost want to stay and see what will happen next. You’d have to be blind not to notice the way Linc looks at the princess—as though she’s the most lovely, most delicate creature he’s ever seen. For someone who resisted the job at first, it’s clear the former fighter is all in now, ready to guard her with his life. Of course, that’s his job, but I think he might be a little more invested in her well-being than he usually is in a client. In fact, I’m pretty sure he’s infatuated.
