THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF SERENA ELIZABETH LINDEN 11 February 1911

I, Serena Elizabeth Linden, Circus Proprietor of no fixed abode, currently residing in Crieff, in order to prevent disputes after my death, do hereby make over to and in favour of my niece, Miss Lena Loveridge, of Vinegarhill Showground, 917 Gallowgate, Glasgow, my whole estates heritable, including the entirety of Linden’s Circus and all businesses therein.
