Page 57 of The Mafia Marriage Contract
Yeah, I’ll admit that at first sight, I thought she was a hot piece that I’d enjoy fucking and parading around. But she’s not some naïve mafia princess. She’s independent, talented as fuck, and loyal. There are a lot of layers that I want to peel back, and I’m not just talking about her dress.
So… I guess I kind of like her. And we’re in this fucked-up mess together. Misery loves company or something like that.
And those glimpses I get tell me she might feel the same way.
If the Tribunal comes back with another ultimatum and I have to choose between Livvie and my own demise, I don’t know that I could pull the trigger so easily. I can rationalize icing Cormac.
He's a piece of shit who’s killed plenty of people, some innocent, I’m sure. My moral compass doesn’t usually point due north but I have good justifiable reasons for making the decisions I do.
I can’t justify hurting Livvie just because she’s been a bitch to me.
She pulls back, her lipstick smeared, her Irish green eyes glittering with deviance. “Someone could have seen us.”
“And would that make you hot?” I ask, my cock still half-hard.
Pink spots color her cheeks, her lipslifting. “Maybe.”
Yep, I’m gonna feed that kink right fucking now.
I tuck myself back into my pants as she checks herself out in a little mirror. She puts on fresh lipstick and I hold out my arm to her. She loops hers through it and we head back downstairs.
“So where are we going?” she murmurs, her fingers digging into my arm.
“A place to see and be seen,” I say. The cool whisper of air prickles my skin once we step outside. The SUV is waiting at the curb, the driver in position by the back door. He opens it and I help Livvie into the back seat.
“Take us to NV,” I say. “Back entrance.”
He nods. “Yes, Mr. Viacava. We should be there in about twenty minutes.”
I climb into the back and sit next to Livvie. “Champagne?”
“I don’t know. Am I going to need something harder to prepare myself for where we’re going?”
I chuckle. “Don’t be nervous. You don’t have to do anything. You can just watch. Or we can play. It’s all up to you.”
She flushes a deep red. “I’ve never been to a sex club before.”
“NV isn’t just any sex club,” I say, filling a crystal flute with champagne. I hand it to her and she downs it in one long gulp. I refill it for her, biting back a smile. “A good friend of mine owns it. He’ll take good care of us.”
“What if someone recognizes us?” Her eyes widen, apprehension flickering across her face as shetakes the glass from me.
“Trust me, nobody will. And even if they did, it isn’t like they can take a picture. There’s total discretion in places like this, and NV is high-end. Very exclusive. Very elite.”
“Okay,” she says, drinking more.
She’s nervous. It’s really cute. And really uncharacteristic, too, which makes it even cuter. Hotter. All of the above.
“We won’t do anything you’re uncomfortable with,” I say, brushing my fingers against hers. “It’s all for fun. If you go in there and it’s not your scene, we’ll leave. Get a late dinner.” I waggle my eyebrows. “Then maybe dessert.”
She rubs her hands down the sides of her arms, a nervous smile spreading across her face. “I’m good. I want to go.”
I glance out the window as we approach the club. The driver swings around back as I asked him to, then he gets out and opens my door. I step out and hold out a hand to Livvie. Her spiky heel catches on the running board and she slips. A squeal slips from her red lips as she falls into my waiting arms.
“Are you ready?” I ask with a grin.
She nods, the flush still in her cheeks. “As ever.”
I lace my fingers with hers and lead her toward the private entrance.
