“Ummm…” I trailed off, turning to him.
Warren reached across the table and took one of my hands, Pete took the other.
“This might be sudden, and if you say no, we’ll still treat you to dinner and hope things won’t be weird for the rest of the season…”
Pete shook his head fondly at Warren, then turned back to me. “What he’s trying to say, is that we’re hoping this could be sort of a first date.”
“Wh-what?” I asked, jaw dropping.
Pete panicked. “It’s just… you’re really cute, and we both like talking to you. And…”
I started laughing, making them both stare.
“Yes!” I laughed. “Yes!”
“You’re… ok… with both of us?” Warren asked. “And with us being in our late thirties?”
I nodded. “You’re both hot, and fun to be around, and nice and…” My face heated. “I’ve been trying to hide my attraction to both of you because I didn’t want to make things weird.”
Slow smiles spread across both their faces and something fluttered in my middle. These two amazing alphas… wanted me.
We chatted over dinner, about what they were hoping for, our pasts, our goals… It was like I was made to complement them. By the end of dinner, I could already envision a life with them.
Both men gave me chaste kisses as we stood outside my car, and even as we parted, I knew that would never be enough.
Chapter 11 - Pete
Iwalked up behind Warren and wrapped my arms around his middle. I nuzzled the back of his neck. “I’m checking in. Tell me what you’re thinking?”
We’d just arrived home from our third after-work date with Benny, and I’d made it a point to talk to Warren about it each time. Courting the omega might have been his suggestion, but I knew he was doing it for me.
He turned, pulled me in for a scorching kiss, and pressed his erection against me.
I smiled against his lips, and returned the favor, grinding my bulge against his.
“Did you smell him tonight?” he panted as we came up for air.
I couldn’t hold back a low growl. “How could I not? He’ll probably be in heat over Christmas.”
Warren shivered. “God, the thought of breeding him.”
I cupped his jaw, loving the texture of his beard against my palm. “You’re still good?”
He nodded into my hand. “It feels so right—like he’s meant to be with us.”
“It’s like that for me, too.”
“Take me to bed?”
I grinned and tugged Warren into the bedroom.
What man could refuse a request like that?

I rested my hand in my palm and smiled. Warren and Benny were having an animated discussion about some old sci-fi show, and even though the topic was one I wasn’t familiar with, I couldn’t get enough of it.
My men were so good together. Benny was able to bring out Warren’s private smiles—the ones he’d only ever given to me before. Warren’s eyes softened, and he had so much fondness in his gaze.
