Jax wraps around my side and places a plate with eggs, bacon and toast with jam in front of me.You’ve got to be kidding me. We can toast stuff here too???He leans down next, whispering just for me to hear, “eat up princess... you’re gonna need it.”
These boys are trying to kill me. This is a game, right? It has to be... How long can they keep me on the edge of the horny canyon before I inevitably topple over it? And they didn’t even touch me yet! That’s it...
“Yes, sir...” I pick up a piece of bacon, moaning around it before swallowing. I look to my coffee and pick it up, licking up the side of the mug like it’s a popsicle before taking a sip. I spread my legs under the table and start to move my hand down my chest and over my thigh to...
I let out a high pitched keen, moaning at the feel of my fingers as they move so close to where I’m aching and suddenly all three of them surround me. Like that sound summoned them from the pits of Hell. I smile and look at each of them, at their pants tenting in front of them. My teasing makes Jax growl and shake his head.
“Ok, Ok. We need to get out of this place before we maul you like wild animals all over again,” Jax says while pacing and breathing heavily. He looks to me. “What would you like to do, baby? We can do whatever you want. We have the whole day.”
I pick up my fork and dig into the food. “Actually, we have our whole lives.” I smirk. “Let’s go see where the road takes us. Find our adventure. Together.”
The three of them look at each other, nodding their heads in unison. “Where the road takes us.” Hawk says with a smile. Before long we’re all seated around the little tiny table, eating our meals and brainstorming all of the wild and crazy ideas we can make happen. When we finish, we all move to the chest of drawers in the corner of the room and collectively get dressed. Unfortunately, the only person who has clothing here is Jax but we all make due, borrowing clothes from his stash, including a pair of way too big boots for my poor naked feet but they’re better than just socks so I make them work for now. Hey, maybe that’ll be the first mission of our new lives- new shoes for Aly! Sounds like a great start to me.
Hawk turns to get his go-pack ready with the others but when he goes to pick up the two-way radio he turns look at Jax, a question in his eyes.
“No more separating. No one needs to stay behind anymore. We go together. Besides, we only have the one radio now since the others were all in the house. Until we find more, it’s pretty much useless,” Jax says firmly as he leans down, giving Sadie a pet on her head where she waits by the front door, eager to get out for the day and have an adventure, herself.
Hawk places the radio back on the little table to the side and we all step out. We don’t know what we’re going to do, but we’ll manage a plan eventually. For now, it’s just us, and that’s fine by me. They’re all I need anyway.
Cole takes my hand, kissing the top of my head as we start walking with no destination in mind. Jax is next to me on the other side, with Sadie walking right next to him in stride. Hawk’s on the other side of Cole, whistling a tune and smiling like the sun. This day might have just been starting, but I cantell the best days were still yet to come.

Back at the safe house...
A crackle of static pierces through the silent air followed by a small beep.
“Hello? Hello? Is anyone out there? This is Sergeant Waverly of the United States Marine Corps. We have retaken Camp Lejeune, location: Jacksonville, North Carolina and cleared it of all threats. I repeat, we have retaken Camp Lejeune, location: Jacksonville, North Carolina, and cleared it of all threats. We are reaching out to anyone who is currently isolated and in need of assistance. We have supplies, food and medical assistance to any who wish to have it. Anyone who wishes to step aboard the military installation will have to pass medical checks to ensure they are not infected but all are welcome. Over.”
The radio crackles for another second or two and then goes silent. The words falling on the air waiting for someone to pick them up...
