“You remember Latin, don’t you?” he asks Jeremiah with a wicked smile on his beautiful face. “I know you were always fonder of German and that tutor the Forgues gave you before they fucked you up.” He sighs, crosses his arms over his bare chest, shaking his head. “But I know you knowquid pro quo.”
I tense as Lucifer’s arms wrap around me.
Jeremiah’s jaw tightens, hatred in his gaze as he looks at Lucifer.
Lucifer smiles. “You already had your turn, brother.”His voice hardens. “That night you thought you saved her? Remember that?” He huffs a laugh. “That was your turn. Now, though…now, you’re gonna watch me fuck you out of her.”
Jeremiah says, his voice hoarse, “If you hurt her, I’ll kill you before you leave this room and fuck her in your blood.” I watch his eyes flutter closed, and the last words of his threat sound faint.
Lucifer spins me around in his arms, and his blue eyes flick to mine. “Oh, but Sid, did you never tell your brother youliketo hurt?”
He pulls me away from Jeremiah, then pushes me up against the wall, lifts my hands over my head, wrists held together in one hand.
Then he looks at me.
Really looks at me. From my head, to my chest, my stomach, between my legs, all the way to my toes. A small smile curves on his lips.
“What do you want me to do to you, Sid?” he asks me quietly.
Leave me alone.
Fuck me.
Get out of my head.
“Do you need convincing?” Lucifer whispers, staring into my eyes.
I tense, glance at Jeremiah.
Lucifer grabs my chin in his hand, forces my gaze back to him. “Don’t look at him. I’m the one asking you a question, Lilith. You don’t need his permission for anything.” His runs his tongue over his bottom lip. “You needmine.”
But I already looked. I already saw. Jeremiah is…passed out. What would it matter if we did it now? And Lucifer’s words, quid pro quo.It would serve my brother right, after all. And I don’t even have to feel bad about it. He can’t see it.
Just like I couldn’t see him that night.
And I was just about to…I bite my lip, feel my stomach tighten.
“I can protect you,” Lucifer whispers, trailing his tongue down my throat, tilting my head back. “Better than he ever could. And I won’t fuck you up so bad, Lilith. Not like he did.” He pulls my skin into his mouth, sucking on my neck.
Then he pulls back, his eyes flashing. “So tell me, Sid, what the fuck do you want me to do to you?”
“Fuck me.”
I can’t read his expression, his eyes still cold. “How?” he asks.
As hard as you fucking can. Make me forget all of this.
“However you want.”
He shakes his head, clamps down tight on my wrists and raises my arms, holding them against the wall. “No, Sid. Tell me how. Don’t act like you haven’t been in every position there is. I know you’ve been fucked nice and rough. No need to pretend to be good for me, baby. Not after what I just saw.”
I swallow, trying to bring my hands down. He holds them tight. My eyes dart past him, to the door of the private room. He follows my gaze, smirking.
“Use your words, Sid. What do you want?” he asks as he looks back at me again.
I resist the urge to yank my hands down, cross my arms over my chest. To hide. I’ve been in this position before, naked in front of a clothed man. Many times, actually. But with Lucifer, it’s different.
With Lucifer, everything is different.
