Page 21 of Out of Control
Yeah. That.
“So, because I’ve got a guy looking into it, does this mean I get the first shower?” Drago asked, grinning.
“Only if you swear to leave me some hot water.”
“Or we could share—”
Spencer cut him off sharply. “No. We could not.” His dick leaped in his shorts at the idea, though.
“Why not? For old times’ sake….”
“Because we are not a couple. Not anymore.”
“But we could be.”
“And yet, we won’t be.”
Drago’s grin widened. “You do know I’m incapable of resisting a challenge, right?”
Spencer groaned. “Go take your shower. And make it a cold one.”
Damned if he didn’t sit there at the kitchen table, his crotch rocket getting harder and harder the longer he thought about Drago naked and soapy and wet. He still remembered every detail of Dray’s body, bronzed and fit, built like a brick shithouse, with that black, wavy hair repeated on his chest and groin, smoother on his arms and legs, all of it a sexy contrast with his olive skin.
He heard bare feet padding down the stairs with the faintest brush of sound. Dray wasn’t trying to be sneaky or there would have been no noise at all. Spencer looked up and his eyes closed in chagrin. He should have remembered that the guy had no shame.
Dray was buck naked and strolling down the stairs, without a care in the world, his dick thick and heavy and semierect, arcing out from his black bush.
Spencer clenched his teeth. He saw his teammates naked all the time and didn’t think twice about it because they weren’t his boyfriends. In fact, no one before or after Drago had been his boyfriend. He’d shut off that part of himself completely and kept it shut off with a vengeance.
It wasn’t that he tried not to be gay. But he damned well wasn’t going to act on it. Not as long as he was a naval officer, and certainly not as long as he was a SEAL. It just wasn’t worth the potential hassle.
“Earth to Spence. Come in.”
He looked up, startled.
“What’s up?” Drago asked briskly, blessedly sitting down at the table and hiding his junk from view.
Spencer’s rectal muscles flexed hungrily, anticipating stretching to accommodate Drago’s impressive erection. Carefully, Spencer let out the breath he’d been holding. Dammit, he still had the hots for this man. It was as if the past ten years had fallen away, leaving him young and eager, horny and so very aware of his prisoner.
Jittery, Spencer picked up the empty baked-bean can and commenced peeling off the label, bit by glued-on bit.
“Shower’s yours,” Drago nudged.
“You jonesing to take off the second I leave the room?” Spencer snapped.
“Actually, no.” Drago looked surprised at the unprovoked attack. The guy was justified. It was out of character for Spencer to lash out like that, and Dray hadn’t done anything to deserve it.
“I’m sorry.” He sighed, then added, “I was thinking about my job.”
“On the teams?”
“Yeah.”
“You thinking about leaving?”
“We all have an expiration date. Mine’s creeping up on me.”
“Why? Because you’re gay and you want to finally have a personal life outside the teams?”
