“Oh, like what you did to me the first time?” I chuckled. We were better at controlling it now, weren’t we? I set the vibration to a medium level.
He squirmed beneath me, rolling his eyes back and dropping his mouth open. “Oh, fuck. Jesus, this feels good.” He lifted his knees into his armpits, his puckered hole welcoming me.
“Wait until I put my cock inside you.” Biting my lip, I fell over him, extending my arm, and nudged my cockhead to his entrance. “Ready?”
“So fucking ready,” he rasped.
I gradually pushed inside him until my balls rested on his ass, the velvet heat of his body enclosing me and sucking me inside him. “Holy hell, you feel good.” The faint sense of vibration played with my senses.
He freed a rumbling moan. “Fuck me, Myles.”
“You want it good and hard?” I pulled out and shoved inside him, pegging his prostate as I lowered and pressed harsh kisses on his mouth.
With a low groan, his thighs trembled. “Hard, so fucking hard.”
I quickened my pace, snapping my hips and slapping our bodies together. Sensation burned in every nerve of my body. My need for him grew to a level I never knew existed. I gasped in between the kisses, gliding my tongue over his.
“Faster, oh fuck, gonna come. Make me come, babe.” He tipped his head back into the pillow and opened his mouth, his face tensing.
As sensation swelled to an overwhelming level, I shoved my dick inside him and held it for a second, my release spilling inside him. “Oh God. Coming.”
He shot hot cum between us in quick spurts, landing on our chests and his cheek.
Wave after wave of release rolled through me, and I thrust with every one, my body shaking over him. As it calmed, I handed him the phone and slipped the toy off, tossing it on the bed, and then fell over him. “Fuck, that was good.”
“Hella good.” He shut the toy off with a long sigh. “Myles, I want you to know that if you end up in Seattle, I’ll fight like hell to get a contract with the Seahawks.” Brushing his finger pads over my back, leaving a light tickle, he said, “I’ve thought a lot about this.”
I dropped my jaw. “We don’t know if it’s going to happen. I haven’t even met with the scout yet.” This was quite a commitment. Was there any way for him to have a preference on where he’d land? “Can you even do anything about what team picks you?” I rested my chin on his chest.
“Technically, we’re not supposed to have a choice, but players express their preferences all the time and teams will take it into consideration.” He kissed my forehead. “You know my dad played for the Bears, right? You know he knows people.” He offered a warm smile.
“Oh…yeah.” My gaze searched his face. How awesome would it be for us to both play for a Seattle team? Could I be so lucky? Tyler and Rowan went to Chicago together. There was hope. I sunk my teeth into my lower lip. “I love you, Cooper.”
He rose onto an elbow. “Love you too. Now get up. I’m leaking. You dropped one hell of a load.” He chuckled.
“Right on.” With a snort, I climbed off the bed. I’d make him a nice breakfast, since Ace wasn’t here, and we’d have the day to spend relaxing and studying. “Eggs and bacon, or do you want pancakes?” I slid a pair of discarded underwear up my legs.
“You’re cooking? How about pancakes and bacon?” He threw his legs off the side of the bed. “Let me in the bathroom first.” Hustling past me, he slapped my ass.
Midweek, I strolled across a pathway in the quad, reading text messages from Tyler.
He would land in Phoenix today for the game of the season.
Well, for all my friends. The Blackhawks were playing the Coyotes.
The game sold out weeks ago, so I planned to watch it with Zoma and Cooper at home tonight.
Myles
When does your plane get in?
Tyler
Around two. I have a question.
Myles
What’s that?
Tyler
Can Rowan and me stay at your place tomorrow night? We have a hotel room otherwise, but I thought it would be fun to all stay at the squad house for old times’ sake. It was a last-minute idea.
My heart about leapt from my chest. Fuck yeah.
Myles
Of course. You can take my room, and I’ll sleep with Cooper. I sleep in there half the time, anyway.
Tyler
Thanks, man. Can’t wait to see you guys and meet your new man.
Myles
Me too. Safe flight.
I lifted my head, and a form came barreling toward me. What the fuck?
“Shit, sorry,” a guy on a scooter shouted, hurtling down the path.
I darted into the grass, bracing for impact .
Shifting the scooter right at me, he smashed into me, knocking me off my feet.
“Fuck!” Pain sliced through my knee as my foot caught under the tire and I fell backward. God no, not the fucking knee.
The guy hurtled through the air, landing next to me, rolling on his side. “Ow, fuck.” He shook off the fall and fixated on me. “Shit, you okay, man?”
I held my knee, bending my leg, the pain radiating up my thigh and down to my ankle. “No, I’m not okay.” Jesus fuck, could I stand on it?
He placed his hand on my side. “I’m sorry, I was late for?—”
“You’re not supposed to ride anything motorized on the fucking sidewalk.” JJ stood over me and shoved the guy away. “What the fuck is wrong with you?” He glared at the scooter guy.
“I’m sorry.” Scooter guy hung his head. “I’m really sorry. It’s my first year and…” He placed his face in his hands. “I’m sorry,” he said, his voice cracking. “Please don’t report me. My dad will kill me.”
Breathing through the subsiding pain, I pushed onto my ass. Where had JJ come from?
“Myles, how’s the knee? Is it swelling?” JJ crouched in front of me and removed my hand from the joint, inspecting it with his fingers.
“It feels like it’s swelling. We need to get you to the ER.
You don’t want to fuck around with something like this.
” He shifted his attention to scooter guy.
“Do you know who this is? Do you know what you’ve done?
” He pointed at me. “This is one of ASU’s best hockey players.
Do you have any idea how badly the team is going to suffer with him out? ”
“No, I didn’t know. I’m sorry,” scooter guy sobbed.
I stared at JJ, my surroundings going hazy.
Oh my God. The scout. I was supposed to play for a scout this weekend.
Did this little fucker just ruin my chances?
I swallowed, a lump forming in my throat.
Everything I’d worked so hard for, gone in an instant.
I scanned around me for a beat. People walked toward us, murmuring to each other.
“Get out of here.” JJ growled at scooter guy. “If I see you on that thing on a walkway again, I’ll beat the living shit out of you and then I’ll report you to the school and have you suspended.” His chest heaved with deep breaths and his hands fisted.
Sniffling, scooter guy stood, wiped his face and walked away with his scooter, peeking behind him at us.
“Myles, can you straighten the knee?” JJ faced me, his hands wrapping around the bottom of my kneecap.
“I don’t know. Let me see.” Maybe it wasn’t so bad.
As I straightened the knee, pain shot through me.
I grimaced. “Fuck, not really. Well, not without it hurting.” I was done for.
My vision blurred as I shrugged my backpack off.
With my voice wavering, I said, “No…” Gritting my teeth, I held back tears.
I wouldn’t lose it right here in front of everyone in the quad.
JJ set his hand on my back. “Hey, I’m here. I get it. I’ve injured my knee before. It sucks, but it’ll heal. You’ll be okay.” Draping his arm around my shoulders, he pulled me to his side. “Let’s get you up and I’ll take you to the ER.” He freed me and held out his muscled arm.
“Thank you.” With a sniffle, I put my weight on my good knee and leaned on JJ’s powerful arm. As I stood, I held my bad leg out.
“Nothing to see here. Go on.” JJ swiped his arm through the air at the bystanders and hooked his other arm around my waist. “Wait, let me get your backpack. Hold steady a minute.” He bent, picked up my bag and slung it over his shoulder with his own bag.
“Thank God I have strong jocks for friends, eh.” While balanced on one leg, I glanced at the crowd as they dispersed.
“Yeah. I’m glad I was here.” Edging into my side, he threw his arm around my waist while I set my arm across his shoulders. He peeked at me from under his dark bangs, his blue eyes striking. “Ready? ”
“Yeah. Thanks.” I hobbled against him. As I put some weight on my bad leg, it ached. “Fuck, this hurts.”
“Okay then. Guess I’ll be getting an extra workout in today.” With a smirk, he pulled away from me and rearranged the backpacks to rest on his chest. “Get on my back.”
My face heated. “No, I can’t?—”
“Myles, don’t make me pick you up right here in the quad.” He snickered. “I can handle it.” He lifted his chin, his gaze growing hard. “I’m not letting you injure your leg any more than it already is.”
“Fuckin’ A. Fine.” As he turned his back to me and bent his knees, I hopped up on one leg and he caught me. I might only have one leg, but with my hockey training, it was a strong motherfucker. I held on tightly to him, my arms and legs hugging him.
“Here we go.” He huffed as he stomped down the walkway. “This is nothing. You should have seen the time I had to carry Eli home from a frat party.”
“Oh, my God.” I chuckled. JJ was such a good guy. I was so lucky he was here. I’d keep my emotions in check until I found out how bad this was. Maybe I could still play this weekend. Who knew?
