I arch my chest as he repeats the action at my other side. Whatever my heart rate was before, it’s double now. Please tell me he can’t scent my arousal.

Dankin returns to my side near my breasts and starts palpating them again. When I moan and squirm, he adds yet another strap across my chest below my boobs.

The doctor looks at Papi. “My research indicates some Littles need more restraint than others. Ava might fall into that category. Since she’s emotionally fighting the need to submit to you, taking away her physical ability to deny you helps her let go.”

“I’ve noticed that,” Papi agrees as if I’m not in the room. “She craved restraint in the apartment, too.”

My face is so hot. I’ve never been more embarrassed. And my damn traitorous body is on fire. Even the doctor’s touch ismaking me horny. When he pinches one of my nipples, I cry out and buck my chest the fraction of an inch I’m able to move.

He ignores me and moves to the other breast, glancing at Papi. “Her nipples are very sensitive.” He grips the second nipple even harder, holding it and twisting it before releasing it. “They will probably retain their engorged state more than other Littles.” He pats my nipple and moves to my tummy.

My head is spinning. My breasts feel heavy, and my buds are pleading for more attention.

The moment Dankin touches my bladder, I moan. I’ve needed to pee ever since I woke up, but I wasn’t about to mention it.

“Has she wet herself yet?”

“No. She’s been stubborn about her diaper. I warned her she would need to let go of her preconceived notions about letting me take care of her needs, but she’s still holding out.”

“That’s not healthy.” Dankin rubs the spot again and looks at me. “You need to wet yourself, Little one. Can you do it on your own or would you rather I helped you?”

What does he mean? I purse my lips and turn my head away. He can’t make me pee. Although, Papi did tell me I’m wrong. A doctor can indeed make me pee.

After examining the rest of my tummy, Dankin moves between my legs. He pushes a button that causes my thighs to spread even wider, almost too far. I can’t decide if I’m relieved or pissed when he removes my diaper. At least I’m not wearing it anymore, but now I’m fully exposed to both men.

The doctor parts my labia and leans close to examine me. He lifts the hood on my clit next and strokes the tender nub, causing me to release a long moan.

“How many sexual partners have you had, Ava?”

Oh, so apparently I can get more mortified. I lick my lips. Why should I care if they know? “Five.”

“Have you been tested for sexually transmitted diseases, Little one?” Dankin asks.

“Yes, Sir,” I whisper. I can’t look at either of them.

“Good girl. I’ll double check with bloodwork to be sure you’re healthy.”

“What about Ganrax?” I blurt out. “Are you going to check him, too? He’s had his mouth on me. How do I know what diseases he might have?”

Papi sets a palm on my tummy, reminding me how badly I need to pee. “Attitude, Baby girl.” He gives me a no-nonsense look like the Dominant he is. I’m not surprised. Finally he answers my question. “Eleadian males do not carry disease. We can’t transmit anything to you. You also can’t give us any illnesses. If you happen to be carrying anything you’ve picked up in the last few days, the doctor will treat it before we depart. You won’t get sick with any illness you’ve ever had on Earth once we arrive home. Those strains do not exist.”

I try to listen to him because this is important, but his calm demeanor is wearing on me.

“In addition,” he continues, “I’m going to tell you something else you obviously aren’t aware of. There are no females on my planet other than those who have been claimed from Earth. About a century ago, an asteroid field passed Eleadia in such close proximity that the planet was disturbed. We don’t have any explanation as to what caused the odd changes, but older generations and all of our females gradually died, leaving only males who are all now approximately my age—over a hundred. We were so blessed to have discovered our compatibility with your females. That’s when the plan to set up the alliance began. My point is that you’re the first female I’ve ever been this close to in almost a hundred and twenty-five years. So, I couldn’t be carrying any diseases even if that were a thing.”

I gasp. This hadn’t occurred to me. He’s a virgin… And then my next thought. “Shit. My birth control.” I lift my head. “I didn’t think to have John grab it.” I glance at both men.

Dankin pats my inner thigh. “No need for birth control, Little one. Though Eleadian males are compatible enough with human females to form a deeply bonded relationship that will last for centuries, the two species are not compatible enough to procreate.”

I drop my head and let out a breath. Thank, God. I can’t fathom what it would be like to carry the baby of a man this large. A fetus would break me in half.

Dankin parts my folds. “I’m going to open your vagina, Little one. Take a breath for me.” He slides a speculum into me and widens it.

I hold my breath while he swabs my cervix.

“Everything looks healthy.” He sets a hand on my pelvis. “Hold very still for me. I’m going to insert a catheter into your bladder.”

I jerk, lifting my head again. “What?”
