CHAPTER TWENTY-SEVEN
Ally
The car ride home feels strangely quiet.
I sit in the passenger seat, the glow of the dashboard lights illuminating Brooks' profile as he focuses on the road. Nick and Tyler sit in the backseat, their whispers so quite I can’t make out what they’re saying.
The quiet is suffocating in a way, and I can’t help but wonder if I’m the only one feeling awkward.
Brooks reaches over, his warm hand cupping mine on the console. His thumb strokes small, soothing circles against my skin, and he glances over with a soft smile. “You okay?” he asks, his voice low but steady.
I nod, though my stomach twists in knots. Neither Nick nor Tyler seem upset. In fact, Tyler’s leaning back with his usual relaxed grin, and Nick is scrolling through his phone, his expression neutral.
So why am I the only one who feels so weird about this?
The houses blur past in the dark, their porch lights flickering like fireflies. I let out a shaky breath, trying to shake the nerves that keep bubbling up.
Brooks’ hand doesn’t leave mine the entire ride, and somehow, that keeps me grounded.
The driveway feels like a refuge as Brooks parks the car. The moment the engine dies, I hear the satisfying clunk of doors opening and shutting.
The guys each grab their bags from the back, and I follow them inside, the familiar scent of Brooks’ home, clean laundry, and cedarwood, wrapping around me like a hug.
Once inside, they each disappear down the hallway to drop off their things. I linger in the living room, the soft glow of a floor lamp casting a warm light on the leather couches and neatly arranged bookshelves.
My heart races, and it’s all I can hear in the quiet space. The room feels too big, too empty, even though I know it won’t stay that way for long.
I sink into the couch, the cushions soft and cool beneath me. My mind spins, replaying everything that’s happened tonight. The proposal, the spotlight, the cheers of the crowd, it feels surreal. And now, sitting here, all I can think about is how this is going to work.
The sound of footsteps pulls me from my thoughts, and I glance up to see them all coming back, one by one. To my surprise, they don’t spread out.
Instead, they crowd around me, their smiles warm and genuine. Nick settles on my left, Tyler on my right, and Brooks sits close by on the edge of the coffee table, leaning forward slightly.
I feel surrounded, not just physically but emotionally, and for the first time tonight, I feel at ease.
I look at each of them, my heart pounding as I try to find the right words. “How is this going to work?” I finally ask, my voice quiet but steady. “Are you really okay with…with me marrying Brooks?”
They exchange glances, their expressions calm and thoughtful. It’s Nick who speaks first. “We all love you, Ally. Truly,” he says, his blue eyes locking with mine. “We’ve talked about this a lot, and we’re all on the same page.”
Tyler nods, his smile softer than usual. “We want to do this together, all four of us. We’re okay with sharing you because what matters is us. All of us.”
Brooks leans forward, his hand resting on my knee. “You’re not just marrying me, Ally. You’re with all of us, and we’re all in this together. The relationship between the four of us—it’s the number one thing in our lives.”
My chest tightens, and tears prick my eyes. Their words feel like a balm to every fear and doubt I’ve been carrying. They’re so certain, so unwavering, and I can feel their love surrounding me like a cocoon.
I don’t even realize I’m crying until Tyler reaches over to wipe a tear from my cheek. “You okay?” he asks gently, his voice laced with concern.
I nod, my voice catching as I whisper, “I’ve never felt so loved.”
Overwhelmed with emotion, I lean forward, pulling each of them into a hug. My arms wrap around Nick first, then Tyler, and finally Brooks, who lingers the longest. My lips find theirs one by one, soft kisses that feel like promises whispered into the night.
Brooks pulls back slightly, his hands resting on my shoulders. “There’s one more thing,” he says, his voice steady but tentative. “Will you move in with us? Make this your home?”
My breath catches, and I glance around the room, taking in the familiar space. The thought of living here, surrounded by them, fills me with both excitement and trepidation. “Yes,” I say softly, nodding. “I’ll move in.”
Tyler grins, throwing an arm over my shoulder. “Good. Now it’s official.”
Nick chuckles, leaning back against the couch. “About time. You’ve practically been living here anyway.”
I laugh, though it comes out shaky. “Do you think people will think it’s strange?” I ask, looking between them.
Brooks’ hand tightens on mine, and he shakes his head firmly. “Who cares what anyone else thinks? What matters is what makes us happy.”
His words settle over me and I feel a sense of calm.
The conversation shifts naturally, and I’m caught in the warmth of it as Brooks leans back on the couch, his arm around my shoulder.
Tyler stretches his legs out, his feet propped on the coffee table, and Nick reclines with a grin that seems permanently etched on his face.
“So, honeymoon ideas?” I ask, half-teasing but genuinely curious.
“Cabo,” Nick and Tyler chime in unison, their voices overlapping perfectly.
Brooks and I burst into laughter, the timing too perfect not to enjoy. “Of course,” I say, shaking my head.
Brooks grins, standing up and ruffling my hair gently as he passes. “I’m grabbing the menu for Tony’s Pizza. We need to handle dinner before we start planning anything extravagant.”
As Brooks heads toward the kitchen, my heart feels full to bursting. I glance at Tyler, who’s now gently running a hand across my growing belly, his touch warm and tentative.
Nick follows his lead, his hand brushing my side as if they both can’t resist connecting with me, with us.
He returns, sitting down beside me with the menu and pulling me closer into his side. His scent, a mix of leather and faint musk, is grounding.
“Before we talk wedding bells, we’re talking calzones,” Brooks says, holding up the menu with a wink.
We debate pizza toppings, calzones, and side dishes like it’s a sport. Between laughs, I glance at the twins. “Have you guys ever taken a girl on vacation? Just the two of you?”
Tyler smirks. “We’ve done it a lot, actually.”
Nick nods, folding his arms across his chest. “We’re pros at traveling discreetly. No one’s ever commented because it’s easy to play it off. We’re just two guys with a friend. International travel is even better. Fans and paparazzi? Less of a problem.”
I giggle. “But our honeymoon? Won’t it be weird?”
Tyler waves me off. “Nah, we’ll just say we’re looking for girls and book a massive suite with adjoining rooms. Easy.”
Brooks chuckles. “You two are unstoppable.” He glances at me, his eyes soft. “But he’s not wrong. The key to all this is blending in.”
The doorbell rings, and Nick springs up to grab the food. I hear the muffled exchange at the door and the smell of garlic and herbs wafts into the room as he returns with the bags.
We sit around the dining table, unboxing the calzones and digging into the fresh, piping-hot feast. I spear a piece of lettuce from the shared salad bowl, listening to the banter at the table.
Nick and Tyler exchange a conspiratorial look. “By the way,” Tyler starts, leaning forward with a playful grin, “the proposal? We helped.”
Nick nods. “We helped Brooks pick out the ring and came up with the idea to propose during halftime.”
My eyes widen, a wave of emotion rushing through me. “So this was all of you?”
Tyler grins, lifting his glass. “All of us. We all want you, Ally. Forever.”
My heart clenches in the best way, and I smile so hard my cheeks ache. “You guys are something else, you know that?”
As the food dwindles and our plates sit nearly empty, Brooks wipes his hands on a napkin and leans back. “We figured it made the most sense for you to marry me because I’m the most financially secure.”
I tilt my head, intrigued but slightly confused.
“If something ever happened to me,” Brooks continues, his tone steady, “everything would go to you. And the twins…well, you’d still be with them, and they’d be taken care of. We all want this to work.”
Tears well in my eyes as the depth of their thoughtfulness hits me. “You really thought of everything, didn’t you?”
They all nod in unison, their gazes warm and reassuring.
After dinner, we sprawl out on the couch, their bodies anchoring me in a cocoon of love and comfort. I lie across them, my head on Brooks’ lap, Tyler’s hand resting on my arm, and Nick’s fingers trailing across my hair.
I feel like a goddess, cherished and adored, and for the first time in days, everything feels perfect.
Nick kisses me softly on the forehead, his lips lingering for a moment. I close my eyes, savoring the tender gesture. Brooks' hand gently strokes my cheek, while Tyler's thumb traces lazy circles on my arm.
"I've missed this.”
"We've missed you too, love," Brooks replies, his deep voice rumbling through me.
Nick hums in agreement, his fingers still weaving through my hair. "It's not the same when you're not here."
Tyler squeezes my arm gently. "You bring us together, you know. You're our heart."
Their words wash over me, filling me with a sense of belonging so profound it nearly brings tears to my eyes.
I nestle deeper into their embrace, feeling utterly safe and cherished. The gentle hum of the TV in the background fades away as I focus on the steady rhythms of their breathing, the warmth of their bodies surrounding me.
I melt into their kisses, feeling completely secure and adored. The soft drone of the TV fades into the background as I focus on the steady rhythm of our breathing, the sensation of warmth and desire enveloping me.
“Did you talk to Coach yet? About the…email?” Brooks asks me, his brow furrowed with concern.
I nod, feeling myself smile a little in spite of the bout of nerves that races through me at the thought of Tiffany’s blackmail attempt. “He was surprisingly chill about the whole thing. He actually said he hadn’t ever liked Tiffany, and he was glad she wasn’t going to be around all the time anymore. He said he didn’t want to know anything too specific about…us…he just wants us all to keep showing up, and he’s happy.”
“Coach Walker is a solid guy,” Tyler says with a grin.
“I figured he would be cool about…everything,” Nick chimes in, as if he doesn’t want to be left out.
I smile at them gently. Twins offer an interesting dynamic in this kind of sharing situation. It’s charming seeing them always competing for my attention in that way that only siblings can manage.
"Tell me about your day," I murmur eagerly, wanting to be in tune with them, to be a part of their world after being apart for so long and eager not to talk about what could have been a career-ending incident for me.
Nick's gentle hands pause momentarily in my hair before resuming their caresses. "You won't believe what happened at work today," he starts, a hint of playfulness in his voice.
As he describes a humorous encounter with a new teammate, Brooks chuckles and his vibrations travel through my body. Tyler joins in with his own story, and soon we're all laughing softly, our mingled voices creating a symphony of pleasure.
The conversation effortlessly transitions into passionate kisses and eager touches, each one of us lost in the moment and in each other's embrace.
Brooks plants lingering kisses on me, soft and sensual. At the same time, I feel Tyler’s hands pry beneath my bra, swirling over my pointed nipples and bringing me to cry out with pleasure.
Nick’s hands, adept and swift, dive below my waist, inching closer and closer, beneath my panties and between my lower lips. My back arches.
“Please,” I beg them. “I want you all, here, now.”
Their touch becomes more urgent, desire palpable in the air. Brooks captures my lips in a deep, passionate kiss as Tyler's fingers continue their teasing exploration.
Nick's hand moves with practiced skill, coaxing soft moans from my throat.
"Are you sure?" Brooks asks, his voice husky with want.
I nod fervently. "Yes, please. I need you all."
In a flurry of movement, we shed our clothes, hands roaming over newly exposed skin. They worship my body with reverent touches and heated kisses.
I'm overwhelmed by sensation—Brooks' lips on my neck, Tyler's mouth on my breast, Nick's fingers working magic between my thighs.
"You're so beautiful," Nick murmurs against my skin.
I arch into their touch, overcome with pleasure and love for these three incredible men. As our bodies join, moving together in perfect harmony, I feel myself ascending to new heights of ecstasy.
Brooks enters me first, his strong hands gripping my hips as he slides inside. I gasp at the delicious fullness, my fingers digging into his shoulders.
Nick positions himself behind me, his chest pressed against my back as he slowly pushes in alongside Brooks. The stretch is exquisite, bordering on too much yet somehow, not quite enough.
I grab onto Brooks’ shoulders for balance, my head falling back as pleasure floods through me.
“Don’t be so gentle,” I gasp out, not even sure which of them I’m talking to.
“The baby—” Brooks starts to say, but I cut him off.
“The baby is fine,” I say a little shortly. “Take care of me without being scared of hurting me.” I sound demanding and even I’m a little surprised at how I’m taking control of this interlude.
“Give the lady what she wants,” Tyler says with a crooked grin, slipping a hand down my belly and working my clit.
“Don’t have to tell me twice,” Nick rasps out as he starts moving more quickly. “Keep doing that to her, Ty,” he orders with a groan.
Tyler keeps working over my heated flesh for another moment or two, driving me closer and closer to the edge. Then, he kneels beside us, one hand tangled in my hair as he guides himself to my waiting mouth.
I take him in eagerly, moaning around his length as Brooks and Nick keep moving within me. The room fills with the sounds of our passion—skin on skin, breathless moans, and whispered words of adoration.
"So perfect," Nick groans. “So tight…Ally, you’re too much!”
I'm overwhelmed by sensation as they move together in perfect harmony.
Brooks sets a steady rhythm, his thrusts deep and purposeful. Nick matches his pace, the slight difference in their angles sending sparks of bliss through my core with each movement.
Tyler's fingers tighten in my hair as I hollow my cheeks around him, using my tongue to trace patterns along his length. His soft groans of appreciation spur me on, and I redouble my efforts, wanting to bring him as much pleasure as he’s giving me.
“Fuck, you're amazing," Brooks pants, his voice strained with exertion and desire.
Nick's lips trail along my shoulder, punctuating each kiss with a whispered endearment. "So beautiful...so perfect...ours…"
The coil of tension in my belly winds tighter and tighter, threatening to snap at any moment.
I'm lost in a haze of sensation—the fullness of Brooks and Nick inside me, the weight of Tyler on my tongue, the reverent touches of their hands on my fevered skin.
"Let go. Come all over us, baby," Nick murmurs in my ear, his breath hot against my neck. "We've got you."
His words are my undoing. With a muffled cry around Tyler, I tumble over the edge, waves of pleasure crashing over me. My body clenches around Brooks and Nick, pulling them deeper.
"Fuck," Brooks groans, his rhythm faltering. "I'm close…"
Tyler gently pulls away from my mouth, replacing himself with his fingers. I suck on them greedily as he uses his other hand to caress my breasts, adding to the overwhelming sensation.
Brooks comes in me instantly, filling me deep and I feel Nick follow suit. They set me down and I fall to all fours, opening myself wide for Tyler to plunge deep, and he does, thrusting quickly inside of me.
Tyler's hands hold my hips as he thrusts into me, his movements urgent and passionate. The sensitivity from my previous orgasm heightens every sensation, and I moan wantonly, pushing back against him.
Brooks and Nick position themselves on either side of me, their hands roaming my body as they whisper words of praise and adoration. Nick captures my lips in a searing kiss, swallowing my cries of pleasure as Tyler hits that perfect spot inside me.
"You're so beautiful like this," Brooks murmurs, his fingers trailing along my spine. "So perfect for us."
The coil of tension builds again, faster this time, as Tyler's thrusts become more erratic. I can tell he's close, his breathing ragged and his hold on my hips tightening.
"Come for me, love," Tyler groans. "One more time."
His words send me spiraling, my pussy gushing over and over for his come.
