“Jaemay, come to father Adee.” Adee opened his arms and Jae jumped into them.

The girls were gorgeous. They had the deepest brown eyes, and their hair was more like mine, brown but with a hint of purple. They had very light lavender-colored skin. I smiled as they moved into where Jae was only a moment ago, showering me with kisses as I played with the ends of their braids, tickling their cheeks. Jaka was magic with hair. The girls loved to have daddy Jaka do their hair every day. They were daddies’ girls for sure.

“Leah and Ruby, did you cause any trouble for Grandpa Apak?” They both giggled and ran over to give him a hug.

“The show will be on soon, girls. We need to let your mother get ready.” Jaim ushered them to where we had built a bit of a stage. We needed one since our show got big.

“How did today go?” Elle asked. She was the only one I had told that I was stopping birth control. The guys knew, but I didn’t tell them when, they were excited for us to have more kits. I kinda just wanted one more. But three more would be just as perfect. I loved being a mom. It was as if all the bad shit happened to me so that I could have the most beautiful children.

“It went good, really good…” She wiggled her brows at me. Carub kissed her on the cheek as he held their daughter. She was the only one of us, other than Jessica, to have one single baby, and she was adorable. The biggest eyes you had ever seen, and her fathers all adored her. Like, wrapped-around-their-fingers adored her. Elle looked down to her swollen belly and laughed.

“Not long yet and Cora will have playmates full time in her house.” I laughed because Elle was huge. She wouldn’t tell any of us what she was having, but from her size we knew it wasn’t just one this time around. I was kinda hoping it might be blue this time. I would love to see a half Zalli baby.

“Jess, how are you feeling?” She came in and hugged us both. She was also pregnant. She had taken the same birth control we all received from K’Tem’s brother. But her and Elle were the only two who had tried for more already. I think Luna was gonna flip when she found out I was trying again. We were the only two to have triplets in our clan.

“I feel like shit, but good. We are so excited. And Mason will make such a great big brother.”

I looked over to Mason. M’Mori and human mixed well. He had this amazing corn-colored hair, but he had the same scales as his father. The teeth too, unfortunately. But he was adorable and the teeth grew on you.

“Okay, let’s get this show on the road, girls.” I looked down and saw all our babies sitting so sweetly together on the grass in front of the stage.

Quinn’s twin girls, Aria and Ellie, were giggling about something Luna’s daughter Jade had said.

Luna’s boys, Oakley and Kai, were up to something with Brooklyn’s twin boys, Benji and Ander. I could see them waving to Jeralk and I pointed at him. He had become family since my kidnapping, and I loved him like a brother. His mouth dropped open and he shook his head as if to say, “I’m not scheming something.” But I knew better.

“Oh look, some of the girls have come tonight.” I looked out and saw some of the other clans. Ever since the move here, every clan had come to a truce of a sort. We all spoke to one another, even with the female Aashi. K’Tem’s brother found some fertility drugs and it had helped so much for the Aashi. They were all so grateful that they wanted us to all be friends and help each other.

“K’Tem had a call from his brother earlier,” Jessica started, and I was listening. He had been a great help to us over the years.

“What did he say?” Jessica made us come in real close.

“That he was trying to rescue a pink Zalli and a human female from the gladiator rings and bringing them here.” My mouth dropped open. Pink Zalli, Jeralk told me they were rare. Would he know this Zalli?

“Can you tell me more?” She nodded, but we would have to wait as K’Tem was now on the stage.

“Ladies and males, tonight I would like to introduce our Freedom Wolf singer dancers.

“Luna, Brooklyn, Quinn, Jessica, Elle, and Hadley.”
