Costuming Star Says No to Studios, “I’m Done with Lies” —Former Lux Studios Costume Design head Lena Taylor is putting the studio life behind her. This reporter can confirm that sightings of La Taylor at elegant dining spots about town with various studio heads, including former boss Higbert Braxton, were indeed job offers. Taylor turned them all down. A source tells us that Braxton is furious over the loss of his popular costumer. What the next steps are for the star designer no one is saying, especially Lena Taylor herself, who is currently on her honeymoon in Madrid with screenwriter Paul Carbone.
