… And so, the illustrious kingdom of Julra, nestled in the cliffs and backed by the frigid Hirania Sea, has fallen.
His Royal Highness King Malphes, may the Old Gods bless his soul, doomed his land and his lineage with the arranged marriage of his youngest daughter, Princess Maura, to Prince Ettion Werren of the neighboring kingdom of Golath.
Prince Ettion's heart, as cold as the arctic land of his birth, had slain the entire royal family before ending his own life, shaking the very foundation of Julra and throwing both kingdoms into chaos.
Julra, left in tatters and without a clear ruler, was easily overrun and dominated by the cruel Golath army.
However, Golath paid dearly for its ill-won victory.
Its crops withered to ash and plague spread like wildfire through the lands, leaving no one for the merciless King Dolar of Golath to rule.
Some say that Wira herself took vengeance for the devout people of Julra, and others hope without proof that at least one member of the Julran royals survived to exact their revenge.
Thus was the end of Julra, its people scattered refugees, and the cliffs forever mourning their loss.
