Page 88 of Devious Corruption
There’s no stopping it now. He’s still talking, saying filthy, dirty things. I drown out his words with my own cry as my orgasm shreds me from the inside.
“Yes, good girl.” He fucks me even harder, faster. “Good girl! Good Girl!”
His voice dies, and he stills, pouring himself into me. His cock pulsates in my channel as his orgasm overtakes him.
The room falls silent, save for our heavy breaths. It takes a full minute before his hands glide over my hips as he steps back, leaving me empty and wanting.
My heart dances along my ribcage, and my lungs are working overtime to keep up, but a warm satisfaction blanketing me.
Quietly, he cleans me up and pulls the blankets down in the bed, gesturing for me to climb under them. Once I’m settled, he picks up all of our scattered clothing andbrings it to the closet before returning in a new pair of black boxers.
As he rounds the bed and climbs in beside me, I stare at him.
“You’re sleeping here?” I ask, dumbly.
He pauses, raises an eyebrow. “Where else would I sleep?”
It occurs to me; I haven’t been as alone as I thought I was the past few nights. I was alone when I drifted off to sleep and alone when I woke, but somewhere in the middle, he’s been coming to bed.
“You sleep like the dead,” he says, pulling me into his arms. “You didn’t even notice me coming to bed, have you?”
“No.” A yawn takes over. “I’ve always slept hard.”
He kisses the top of my head. Heat rushes over my entire body. It’s the sweetest kiss. A nothing kiss. Not even something someone would probably mention, but there’s an intense intimacy with it that heats me.
“Lev?” I press my hand to his chest. His breathing is so rhythmic I’m afraid he’s fallen asleep already.
“Yeah?” He covers my hand with his, stopping the drumming of my fingers.
“About me going to work.”
Her damn brothers are still missing. And there’s been no sign of them from any of my contacts throughout the country.
There’s been little movement on the part of the Petrosyans, and the little murmurings of the progress they’ve been trying to make has gone quiet.
Too quiet.
“You look ready to put a fist through something,” Kaz jokes as he sinks into the chair opposite me.
“It’s nothing.” I scrub my hand down my face, trying to wipe away the annoyance at not having full control over this bullshit going on around me.
It doesn’t work. I’m stillpissed.
“It’s not nothing. But I think it’s someone.” He quirks an eyebrow, leaning back in his chair as one of the servers brings him a drink and places it in front of him.
“Don’t start.” I put a hand up to ward him off, but Kaz seems to be in a playful mood today.
“Start what? You’ve been busting balls all over town trying to find a set of twins that don’t want to be found, who have done nothing to you or your business dealings, all because of a girl.”
If I could set him on fire without destroying my restaurant I would gladly do it.
“Not a girl.”
He laughs. “No. She’s no girl.”
“Are you checking her out?” I can’t keep the civility in my tone.
Not when it’s Kaz. The man goes through women how ordinary humans go through underwear.
