Page 71 of Destined Dawn
I groan again, nothing ever felt this good. Nothing at all.
I want to last. But I can’t. I’m too freaking sensitive, too turned on. My balls tighten and I grunt, spilling my junk into her mouth and watching as she swallows it all down.
“Good girl,” I mutter, not even fucking aware of what I’m saying, so high I’m no longer sure my feet are even on the ground. “Good fucking girl.”
I close my eyes and revel in the bliss, suspended somewhere between heaven and earth, not sure I ever want to come down.
I’d begun to think I’d never feel like this again. And that she’s given me this. Something so many would consider dirty, depraved. The fact she wanted to. Me a mutt, a curseded. It’s too much. My body shakes and it’s not thebeast attempting to break free. It’s something else. All the emotions I’ve been holding back, caging inside. They all come flooding out.
I drop to my knees before her, sobs wracking my body, my face wet with salty tears.
“Spencer?” she says, laying a hand on my shoulder. “Spencer, what’s wrong? Did I do something wrong?”
I shake my head, unable to speak.
“Then what is it?”
There’s the smell of arousal in the night’s air. Hers and mine and when I look at her through my wet lashes, there’s a dribble of my come running down her chin. It guts me, guts me completely.
“I don’t deserve this,” I say, truthfully, none of the good-old Spencer fucking bravado. The truth. Clear and simple.
“Don’t say that,” she says sternly.
“It’s the truth.”
“I disagree. You know how many guys want to be you, Spencer Moreau. How many girls want to be with you.” She raises an eyebrow.
“That’s before they knew the truth about me.”
“You don’t think being a werebeast makes you a million times hotter?”
I snort. “No, it makes me a freak.”
“A hot freak,” she teases. “I think the werebeast thing is incredibly hot, actually.”
I smile at her, blinking away tears.
“I think that makesyouthe freak.”
“Well, duh?” she says. “Five mates, pet pig. I’m a way bigger freak than you.”
“I like how freaky you are. I like it even more when you’re being freaky with me,” I say, wiping away that dribble of come from her chin and offering it up to her mouth. Shecatches my gaze and licks it off my thumb, tongue swiping over her lips afterwards.
“Well, shit,” I mumble. “I like it a lot.”
She smiles widely at me.
“I want to seal the bond between us,” she says and my heart goes fucking ballistic in my chest, beating so hard I think it might explode. And then it stops, screeches to a halt. Because I can read it on her face, that smile waning. There’s a but coming. A big fat-assed but.
“But …” I prompt her. It’s coming anyway, what’s the point in delaying it. “You haven’t really forgiven me.”
She shakes her head. “It’s not that. It’s …” she peers up towards the sky and the dragon circling high above our heads, “what if I’m not who you think I am?” I frown. I don’t know what she means. “The crimson magic, Spencer? What if I’m not good?” She lowers her voice. “I’m the Black Prince’s daughter.”
“Rhi, I’m a giant idiot. You know that. But one thing I do know that I’ve learned, there are no good or bad people. We do good things; we do bad things.” I close my eyes, thinking about how I shut her in that locker, wishing over and over again that I’d never done it. “We just have to hope we do more good things in our lifetime than the bad. That shows us who we are. And I know who you are, Rhianna Blackwaters. A whole lot of freak.”
She smiles again, giggling, and I take her hand.
“Wanna go get freaky with me now?” I say, my voice lowering about ten octaves with lust.
