Dressed in a custom-made navy blue tuxedo, Ian paused outside the door to the room where Jenn and her bridesmaids finished getting ready for her wedding. The ceremony and reception were being held at the same venue. He still couldn’t believe this day had arrived.
It seemed like only yesterday when he saw her for the first time, cradled in her father’s arms while her exhausted mother slept. It was a long labor, but he’d remained in the waiting room until he found out his godchild was a healthy little girl. He was in love with her before he even set his gaze upon her precious face.
