"You’re not giving me anything to work with!"
“Says the mage who fell asleep during meditation this morning.”
Oh, I had a great idea. “Less talk, more magic.”
No wonder my brand of magic and Orion’s were having trouble playing nice. Stupid magic taking after the people wielding it.
Yeah, we understood each other a lot better after our little Hallmark moment in his office. But with our easiest option of sex off the table and us not having much luck otherwise, frustrations were mounting once again.

"Hey, we did something!"

"No wonder we can’t work together if you’re so hostile."

We decided on a new approach, one much more Rob-friendly: winging it.
"We aren’t winging it,” Orion insisted. “We just aren’t having any luck connecting and focusing our energies under normal circumstances. Upping the pressure like this gives us extra incentive to act as one and forces us to think on our feet.”
