“Wait for me…”

He sighed and cursed, then rolled off me.

“Oh, Captain Martin,” I said, watching his lips twitch into a brief smile. “Dinesh.” I spoke his given name again, savoring the syllables in my mouth. He looked over and met my gaze. “What have you done to me?” I whispered. “This isn’t like any other game I’ve ever played.” I was still playing the innocent and coquettish young man.

He gazed upon me with adoration and amusement.

“No, and you shan’t play this particular game with anyone else.”

“Of course not,” I said, scooting over to lie on his chest. “The thing wouldn’t be the same.”

I reached down and found his victorious sword. He grimaced as I teased the overly sensitive skin.

“Is this what was inside me?”

“Yes. And it will be again. Possibly in about ten minutes.”

I watched him squirm and protest under my touch, turning the tables until he stilled me with a hand on my wrist.

“Enough. Too much.”

I afforded him mercy and withdrew my hand.

“Do you need to attend to your crew? Make sure there ain’t gonna be a mutiny?”

He sighed, still gazing upon me with dreamy eyes.

“Let them fucking mutiny,” he said. “Let them take over the ship and put me in a boat with only you, Rooster. I’d be more than happy.”

“What?” My astonishment was genuine. I hoped he was joking. “And lose all of this luxury?” I waved my hand at the room around us. “Speak for yourself, man.”

He sighed again and kissed me—so softly and sweetly that my heart melted. He pulled back and offered me a weary smile.

“Fine, then. I’ll go deal with them. But you are to stay right here, my little red rooster, filled with my seed. I don’t want you to get up. I want you exactly here when I return because I need to claim you again.”

I smiled. I’d be wherever he wanted me. “But what shall I do whilst you’re gone?”

“Think of all the ways I’m going to fuck you when I get back.”

“Oooh.”

He pushed himself up and backed off me.

“Spread your legs.”
