Story: Rainbow Rodeo
“We have a lot in common.” Tank bent to kiss his mouth, not long enough to bother his breathing, but warm and sweet.
His eyes closed, and he moaned, the sound satisfied, settled.
Now he could rest. Now he could heal, all the way.
Epilogue
TANK TUGGEDon his swim trunks, ready to go do his water therapy. His knee had needed another Roto-Rooter, and six weeks in, he was finally feeling stronger. Less hot tub, more pool walking.
“You ready to go soak, baby?” he called.
“In a minute.” Dalton was stretched out in the late-August sun, bare as the day he was born, basking like a lizard and turning brown as a nut. “Feels good out here.”
“I bet it does. It looks good too.” Good enough to eat. They’d been taking it easy as Dalton recovered, and Tank was getting a wee bit restless about the naked sunbathing these last few days.
His dick was concerned that Dalton was never going to get that damn balloon blown up all the way. Ever.
Never was a long time to go without his own personal Jakoby.
He took a deep breath before running for the pool. He did a cannonball, Roger and Dodger right behind him.
The water was just cool enough to feel good. Lord have mercy, Texas summers weren’t for cowards. He did love their place, though. All the comforts. Tank had cleared out his little apartment a few weeks back, brought his good chair and his weird armadillo collection home with him.
Dalton was a little fascinated by the wine bottle holder that used gravity to make it look as if the armadillo was drinking.
He paddled around with the pups for a while, then started water walking, determined to be able to get back to work when Dalton did.
“Hey, Tank? Watch this.”
Tank blinked water out of his eyes, heading for the edge of the pool. “I’m watching.”
Dalton grabbed something from the side of his lounge chair, and then the big purple balloon began to grow and grow, the dark little squiggle of rubber getting rounder and lighter and…oh, hello nurse.
When the balloon was totally full, Dalton pinched the end shut, grinning at him. “What do you think?”
“I think you’re a genius.” His cock began to grow.
“I think you’re fixin’ to get lucky, cowboy.” Dalton let the balloon go, and it flew up into the air.
The dogs barked and chased, but Tank ignored them in favor of tugging himself up out of the pool. “I already feel pretty lucky, baby.”
Dalton licked his lips, eyes moving on him like a physical touch. “I think you just might be right.”
Tank laughed. “Course, I do have something else for you to blow.”
They laughed together, the sound lifting up into the blue clear Texas sky.
