The car purrs to a stop outside a modern townhouse. Moonlight glints off the windows, the sleek lines, the enormity of what I’m about to do.
Jude flings open his door with a flourish. “Welcome to the lion’s den, Red Riding Hood.”
Caleb pins him with a glare. “Don’t call her that.”
But when his large hand engulfs mine to help me from the car, his grip is gentle. “Changed your mind yet? We can take you straight home if that’s what you want.”
The terrifying answer?
No.
“No,” I say. “I’ll stay.”
His smile makes my stomach flip in a way that has nothing to do with champagne or wedding cake. Because there’s a look in his eyes that suggests he’s hoping for much more than that.
And the scary part? So am I.

CALEB
The moment the front door closes behind us, Leah’s breath hitches.
I can smell it—the sharp, sweet spike of her arousal cutting through the last of the scent blocker, the way her pulse flutters visibly at the base of her throat. She’s trying to play it cool, glancing around our foyer like she’s just here for a casual drink, but her body betrays her with every shallow breath, every subtle shift of her weight.
Mine, something primal in me growls.
“Well,” she says, voice too light as she gestures vaguely at our living room, “this is your?—”
I don’t let her finish.
I spin her around, pinning her against the door, and crash my mouth to hers.
She gasps, her hands flying to my shoulders, fingers digging into the fabric of my jacket. I swallow the sound, licking into her mouth, tasting champagne andher—vanilla, cinnamon, heat. Her scent blooms around us, filling my lungs and sending fire racing through my veins.
For a second, she freezes. Then she melts against me with a whimper, her body arching into mine as if she can’t help herself.
Fuck.
I’ve kissed plenty of omegas before, but none like this—none who shudder under my touch like they’ve been waiting for it, none who whimper into my mouth like they’re starving for it. Her taste is addictive, making my head spin and my control fray at the edges.
I pull back just enough to growl against her lips, “You’ve been driving me insane all evening.”
Her breath comes in shallow pants, her eyes wide and dark. “I—what?”
“The way you looked at me when I almost marked you.” My teeth graze her bottom lip, and she shivers, her pupils dilating until there’s barely any brown left. “The way yousmelledafter.”
Her cheeks flush a deep, rosy pink. “I didn’t?—”
“Liar.” I nip at her jaw, trailing down to the spot I’d claimed earlier. The skin there is still faintly red from where my teeth had grazed her at the reception. I drag my tongue over it, tasting the salt of her skin, feeling her pulse jump beneath my lips. “You liked it. Youwantedit.”
She whines, high and desperate, her hips jerking forward unconsciously to press against mine. The sound travels straight to my cock, making it throb painfully against the confines of my dress pants.
Behind me, Jude lets out a low whistle. “Well, thatescalated quickly.”
Leah stiffens in my arms, her eyes flying open. I’d almost forgotten the others were here—almost forgotten anything but the feel of her under my hands, the taste of her on my tongue.
But now, as I step back slightly, I see them—Jude leaning against the staircase, his tie already loosened, grinning like the cat who got the cream; Mason watching us with dark, hungryeyes, his usual calm demeanor nowhere to be found; Liam lingering near us, his expression carefully controlled but his scent filled with unmistakable want.
