I’m sure you all noticed that I left the gala somewhat abruptly1and not according to the planned agenda. I will not be going into the details of my departure,2but please know that I have since come into some information, which I believe to be true, about the upcoming release of the climate changers.

Due to the sensitive nature of the situation, I will not be disclosing more3at this time.

Iwillbe in attendance of the launch of the nanobots in Sol-Earth’s atmosphere.

I will be accompanied by a civilian, Ada Jane Lamarr.

I know all of you are aware of Lamarr’s past and my interactions with her in regards to the mission at the UGSRoundabout. You were all briefed about the possibility of her interference prior to the gala, when the guest list was released and security teams were developed.

You know that Ada Lamarr is a security risk.4

However, she has access to information that isimperativeto the successful launch of the nanobot climate-cleaner program. Therefore, please disregard all directives previously stated in regards to Lamarr.

Prior to the release of the nanobots, you arenotto interfere with myself or Lamarr. Do not approach, do not engage in conversation.5

Unfortunately, despite the fact that Lamarr has provided valuable information to me in regards to a secure situation, it is clear that she knows more than she has told me, and it is patently evident that her plans are not altruistic.

I have collected enough evidence to bring her into custody.

REPEAT:Prior to the release of the nanobots, you arenotto interfere.6

However, once the nanobots are released into the environment, apprehending Lamarr will be our top target.7

I am aware of the sensitive nature of the plans involved in the climate-cleaner launch.8Lamarr and I will be in Fetor Towers during the launch, and apprehension at that location is not preferred.9

I will ensure Lamarr and I are both in Triumph Square for the celebrations following the nanobot release.10At that time, move in. Lamarr is to be arrested on charges of kidnapping.11I will lead the investigation and interrogation of the criminal.12

I should not need to reiterate13that Lamarr is highly skilled in escape.

Every available agent needs to move in with utmost discretion to ensure the target is apprehended.Do not let her see you in advance; we cannot risk her running.

I am unsure of whether or not I’ll be able to make contact after this message. The strategy and timelinemustbe strictly adhered to:

1.No contact until after the release of the nanobots in the system. I have no continued access to any communication unit currently, and in-person communication should not be attempted.

2.Inform no one else of these plans. Consider these commands under N2K-42.14

3.Be in position around Triumph Square.15Plainclothes. If Ada Lamarr has ever seen your face, do not get into position until after the scheduled launch to minimize her chance of recognizing you.

4.Move inimmediatelyafter. Lamarr will likely be close to me, but shewillrun.16

5.After arrest, take her immediately to the secure interrogation room.

The target is unlikely to cause physical harm,17but18she will not want to be apprehended.19
