My sweet tooth was in full raver mode this morning, and it needed to be fed.
I arched an eyebrow arrogantly and attempted to stare him down. “What are you trying to blackmail me with so that I can have my food? And good morning to you too, Romero.”
He didn’t so much as blink at my mean mug. Probably because he did it better than I ever could.
“I want a kiss, a proper one, and then you may have your breakfast and be on your way.”
Really, was that all it took? Romero was easy, and I was getting not one, but two things that I wanted.
My morning was really looking up. It was going to be a good day for me.
Like I had with Finn earlier, I ran at Romero. I jumped him, wrapping my legs around his hips and my arms around his shoulders. Romero caught me with ease, and his hands dropped down to my ass. He squeezed my cheeks and slammed his mouth down onto mine.
He didn’t kiss me like how Finn had. This was no farewell until I see you again.
This was pure hunger. It was devouring and all-consuming, with teeth and tongues, and I kissed him back with as much hunger as he had for me.
Romero was like a man starved, and I was the meal he was feasting on.
I knew what it was like to starve, and I didn’t mind feeding the beast inside him. He fed mine right back.
He nipped my lip one final time before squeezing my ass in warning. His hands moved away, and I dropped down to my feet.
I ran my fingers through his long red hair, entranced by the silky feel of it. I thought I was beginning to understand Finn’s obsession with my own long locks. I hoped Romero never cut his hair, it would be such a heartbreaking disappointment.
His gray eyes were ablaze with heat that was far more than just that flame that lived in his mind that belonged to his magic. I imagined my eyes were lit up just the same.
“I’d say you more than earned your breakfast afterthat.”
He was wrong. I felt like it should have been me who bought him breakfast after that, but who was I to argue with him?
He handed me my coffee in a to-go cup and a white paper bag from the bakery where he’d gotten me delicious muffins from before. I knew whatever was in the bag was going to taste fucking awesome.
“Now get out of my kitchen before I eatyoufor breakfast.”
I shivered at the dark promise in his voice. As tempted as I was to find out what he could do with that talented mouth of his, I didn’t want to be late for work, and I was quickly running out of time. I clutched my coffee and the bag like I feared they might be taken away from me, and I ran out of there while trying to look like I wasn’t running.
I knew I’d failed when the sound of his laughter chased me out the door.
Now, if I could just get Rain to kiss me, my day really would be awesome.
On my way to the cabin, I inhaled my chocolate chunk muffin, and then I devoured the breakfast sandwich made with a delicious, flaky biscuit stuffed with ham, egg, and cheese. I also sucked down my entire coffee.
Romero was my current favorite, but it changed constantly, so who knew which one of them it would be at the end of the day.
I piled my hair up into a messy bun on top of my head and miraculously managed to keep it dry while I scrubbed my body in the shower and shaved everything that needed to be shaved. There was no time to dry my hair, so there was no way I was getting it wet.
I threw on a cute, short jean skirt and a lacy pink tank top that was see through everywhere but where my tits were covered. Underneath, I paired it with a matching pink bra and thong. I topped the outfit with a brown belt with a huge silver buckle that had a sparkly half-moon surrounded by shiny stars on it.
I pleated my long hair into two French braids, one on each side of my head. I put dark black liner on my eyes, swiped mascara over my lashes, and slathered my lips in glittery pink gloss.
I emptied my bag of dirty clothes and put my boots back on my sock-covered feet, and then I was ready to head out for the day.
I had just enough time to stop and pick up coffee for myself.
Because I was in a good mood, I ordered one for Rain as well.
If Trenton and Simon were there, they’d just have to kiss my ass, because I wasn’t about to buy coffee for people who didn’t like me.
