Story: Dragon's Mate

I look into the shocked face of a man I’ve seen before. Last time I saw him, I was falling out of the sky in front of him with broken wings. I’m almost certain it’s the same guy.

“Oh, my god, hi!” I wave at him.

“How did you do that?” Ornix growls the question at me, putting me down. We are drawing attention, but we are doing it in a way that allows us some plausible deniability, because this is a city where nothing real ever happens.

“How did I open a portal?”

“Yes.”

“What? Like it’s hard?”

He misses the reference, and drags me off into the nearest doorway.

“You are putting us both at risk of the kind of exposure that will change our worlds forever.”

“I don’t care. You were trying to put me in a cage.”

A second later, we’re both in the cage again. Fuck. He knows how to do the portal magic even better than I do. Quick as a flash, Ornix wraps a silken tie pulled from the bed frame around my mouth so I can’t speak, and can’t summon a portal.

“What the fuck is going on!”

I can’t speak, but the man we keep appearing in front of can.

Ornix swings around to face the poor guy. “You’re mad,” he says. “You’re hallucinating. Nobody will ever believe you.”

Then he snaps his fingers and pushes the accountant back through the portal before sealing it again.

I laugh, because this chaos is funny as hell. He likes to think he’s so in control, but me and Nox, we’re pushing against it. Me especially. I want freedom, or power. Whatever it is, I know he’s trying to take it from me.

Ornix

I have no idea how my attempts to maintain order only end up causing chaos, but there is something about the alchemy of a human that seems to make it unavoidable.

I knew she had snuck out of her class again. I knew she had not taken her punishment well, but I never imagined this interlude would end with me accidentally bringing a random human into our dungeon bedchamber.

“Sit down on the bed and don’t talk,” I tell her.

She makes an indication toward the gag that she can’t, but I think we both know she could articulate her annoyances if she wanted to. This girl is one act of rebellion away from…

Wait.

Why am I waiting for one more act of rebellion?

This is enough, more than enough, to begin answering.

“If you want to make this kind of trouble, summoning portals in a tantrum, exposing your wings to the world, causing me to drag some poor man into our realm for a moment, then you can suffer the consequences.”

I toss her face down on the bed. Her wings spread along with her legs as I throw up the skirt that protected her modesty and expose the soft curves of her ass and hips. She is so delicate, so beautiful, and so deeply in trouble.

The tight little bud of her ass has always been alluring to me. It is a hole that was not designed to be fucked, but that can take a human cock.

It will take mine now. By the time I am done with her, Melissa will be very sorry, very sore, and very obedient.

“I’ve shown you far too much mercy. I have allowed you far too much disobedience. No more. From this moment onward, you will obey me to the letter. You will obey everybody in this keep who gives you an order, or you will suffer terribly. Your ability to wield a fraction of this place’s magic is deeply dangerous. You are on the verge of living your life perpetually gagged.” I smack her rear, barely blushing from the earlier disobedience. “Do you understand?”

She makes a muffled sound, that could be yes, could be no, but is probably‘I have a gag in, you asshole.’I can sense the rebellion even now, even in her position.

This cell comes equipped for punishment. I knew when it was being constructed that it would only be used at a time when things had become desperate.
