Story: Bound By Magic
Lucien and I spent the next hour or so entwined, laying naked on the bed, in relative silence. We both clearly had a lot to think about, ideas to work through, plans to perfect. It wasn’t long before he was between my legs again, bringing me to another powerful climax and asking me to me ride him before his magic ran out and the microphones in the room started working again.
Later, in the shower, I found myself musing over the idea that I had tried to end things with him the night before… well, the night before.
I’d told myself it was because I needed to grow up and start taking responsibility for my shitty actions, but I knew that wasn’t the reason. I was scared of catching feelings for a stranger; a human—or so I’d thought—who was never going to be part of my weird, magical world.
Then everything changed.
Not exactly for the better, but it meant we could start building a real connection; a relationship not just built on sex. Although, it was definitely making the sex mind blowing.
With about two hours to spare before our window, and nightfall, Lucien and I went over the plan as if we hadn’t skipped a beat. If anyone knew what had gone on in this room, they weren’t talking about it. And while the last few hours had been blissful, and primal, I had to push them out of my mind.
I had to focus on the mission at hand, and what I was going to have to do in a couple of hours.
“I’m still not sure about it,” I said.
“Sure about what?” Lucien asked.
He had a smirk on that was hard to ignore. We couldn’t talk about what we had spent the afternoon doing, but I could see on his face, he was just as distracted as I was, and that was going to be a problem.
I mouthed the words ‘stop it’, and said, “Hurling myself across a busy street a few hundred feet in the air.”
“It’s perfectly safe. Trust me.”
“What if something breaks?”
“It won’t.”
“Have you ever done something like this before?”
Lucien paused to consider. “For fun, sure. You’ve never gone on a zip-line before?”
“What part of, I was a prisoner in my own home, hasn’t processed yet?”
“Well, sure, but… I don’t know. They must have provided some kind of entertainment for you back at the mansion.”
“And they did, but nothing like this.”
“I promise. You’ll be fine. You’ll also be going first.”
“First?!”
“Of course. I need to hold back just in case something happens.”
“I thought you said nothing was going to happen.”
“And it won’t.”
“Then why don’t you go first?”
Lucien’s eyebrow arched. “Let’s not go around in circles. Look.” He pointed at a flowchart he had drawn out on a piece of paper. “As soon as the guard leaves, we zip-line across. We’ll have four minutes to land, dispose of the equipment, and get into position. Once the replacement guard arrives, we’ll wait until he’s walking away from the stairwell door, and phase inside.”
“We’re putting a lot of faith in me being able to phase through that door with a passenger.”
“I’m confident in your abilities. I’m trusting you.”
I frowned at him. “Is that supposed to make me feel better about the zip-line thing?”
“It is.”
