I have to say, my life has been beyond messed up, so if I had to pick out the best thing that ever happened to me, it would have to be Stephan Everwood taking me in at fifteen. Even if that pretty much marked the beginning of the end of my first murder spree, which wasn’t great for me. But…everything else, aside from that and the—ugh—tutors…yeah, not bad.
Still, it’s not like I’m not aware that Stephan deserves better than me in his life. The elf has suffered so much...

Still, it’s not like I’m not aware that Stephan deserves better than me in his life. The elf has suffered so much already. He will always deserve better than a monster like myself. I did try though, to stop hurting others, bad people or not. For him alone, I tried to ignore the urges, but as you will soon find out, trying only goes so far.
So, I guess, all I wanted to say is…welcome to my screwed up life. What will come is a monster falling in love, someone accepting my crazy, my monster becoming more present than ever before, a possible solution to my love of murder, and…a responsibility near the end that I’m not quite sure I’m ready for even now, but hell, I’m in love, so why not go all in on the family bliss?!
