I try to outdo myself every year, and at this point, the neighborhood expects great things from me. What I didn’t expect, though, was handsome and charming single dad Dakota moving in next door.
When I get trapped on my roof during a day of decorating, Dakota and his daughter Caroline come to my rescue, and the next thing I know, Dakota has his strong, sexy arms wrapped around me to keep me from falling of a ladder.
