When a guy she’s never seen before, someone named Kalix, comes into her Chemistry class, everything changes. He’s tattooed, pierced, and not like anything she’s ever seen herself being attracted to. As a matter of fact, he’s exactly what she tried to steer clear of: trouble. He’s overly intense, obsessive, and somehow always there when she least expects it.
